MD2/4 Fox Run

At Total Civil Construction, we know that public works are ALL about safety.
Due to increased traffic and ongoing planned development, this stretch of state highway was due for expansion: widening the route to provide three (3) through lanes, adding continuous auxiliary and bike lanes in both directions as well as creating a raised median. The scope includes ADA pavement upgrades, utilities, run-off and drainage installations, and environmental restoration of an existing stream.
For this crowded stretch of highway, minimizing the number of days that drivers are affected by construction delays was a priority for the community. Known for bringing technological expertise and value-engineering to infrastructure projects,Total Civil Construction deserves its reputation for delivering results within budget and on time.
At Total Civil Construction our experienced engineers, project teams, and field crews know that constructing transportation systems and simultaneously preserving eco-systems is among the most significant value propositions we bring to the table.
