Total Civil Construction provides the foundation and infrastructure required to transform a decaying commercial property into a family-friendly community. The scope included surface and foundation demolition, earthwork and backfill as well as the installation of both wet and dry utility conduits. The project involved construction in the newly created space as well as hooking up underground utilities beneath existing streets in the surrounding area. A steep slope on the edge of the site was graded to support installation of a two-tiered storm drainage system. Construction of the retaining wall served a significant value-addition: enhancing stability for the re-worked plot, minimizing environmental impact on the adjacent woodlands, and providing a safety barrier for the neighborhood.
Total Civil Construction crews and subcontractors complete the project with curbing, gutters, sidewalks, private asphalt roads, and common area amenities. All in all: a Total transformation.
